Perpendicular sweater - finished!

There’s been so much secret knitting going on I haven’t been able to post in so long! For shame! But at least I’ve finally written up the pattern for my baby pullover I call “Perpendicular.” Download the pattern on Ravelry now!

This super-strechy, super-cozy baby pullover is the perfect gift for the little ones in your life. Seamless and machine-washable, it’s an easy-to-wear and easy-to-care-for staple for your baby’s wardrobe. The generous ribbing allows for growth, and as baby’s arms get longer you can unroll the cuffs as needed, so this sweater should fit your wee one for months on end.

The sweater is first knit cuff-to-cuff, leaving live stitches at the underam to pick up later when you pick up the body stitches. You can leave the neck unfinished for a boat-neck look, or pick up stitches to make a crew neck.

I originally knit the pattern for this little guy, who seems to enjoy wearing it:

Nashua Bear

Isn’t that the cutest? Want to make one yourself? Download the pattern on Ravelry now!
